At Yuklo, we believe children’s privacy is not negotiable. This policy explains what we do (and don’t do) with your data.

2. What Data We Collect

Almost none. Here’s the complete list:

• Your child’s first name (stored on your device only)

• Quiz performance (stored on your device only)

• Parent email address (only if you choose to subscribe to updates)

3. What We DON’T Collect

• No accounts or passwords

• No location data

• No device identifiers

• No behavioural tracking

• No advertising data

• No data about your child is ever sent to our servers

4. How the Game Works

All game data — your child’s progress, quiz scores, and settings — is stored locally on your device using your browser’s built-in storage. We never see it. If you clear your browser data, the game resets.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our quiz questions are generated by Anthropic’s Claude AI. When generating questions, we only send your child’s age group and subject — never any personal information.

6. Email Updates (Optional)

If you choose to receive weekly updates, we store your email address securely with MailerLite. We use it only to send Yuklo updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & UK GDPR)

Yuklo is designed for children aged 6-12 under parental supervision. We comply with UK GDPR and COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

The data controller for Yuklo is Yuklo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17390664). Registered office: 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, England.
